It comes from two plots specially designed to be harvested in late autumn. It is born in soils with a fluvial matrix composed mainly of medium-sized rocks deposited on a sandy bed.

The grapes come from a plot in our Sierra Silva vineyard, defined by a typical soil of fluvial origin, composed of a matrix of small spherical boulders of low granulometry (1 to 3 cm), arranged on a sand-clay system.

The grapes used in this variety are harvested manually and come from a plot in our Sierra Silva vineyard, defined by soils of wind sand, lagoon clays and river stones.
