Coming from two plots specially designed to be harvested in late autumn. It is born in soils with a fluvial matrix composed mainly of medium-grained rocks deposited on a sandy bed.

The grapes come from a plot of our Sierra Silva vineyard, defined by a typical soil of river origin, composed of a matrix of small spherical pebbles of low granulometry (1 to 3 cm), arranged on a sandy-clayey system.

The grapes used in this variety are harvested manually and come from a plot of our Sierra Silva vineyard, defined by soils of aeolian sands, lagoon clays
and river stones.
