The Winery
At the winery we use concrete eggs and vats, stainless steel tanks, 2,500 and 5,000 liter foudres of unroasted French oak.
PHILOSOPHY
The study and understanding of this vineyard in each vintage and the particularities of the place allow us to produce wines that express the extreme climate and the identity of this region.
